OPS-SS / Settlements Professional

The role of Shared Services is to support the activities of the Global Markets and IBD businesses. The division operates across a large number of global legal entities in order to perform a diverse range of client servicing, risk management, and regulatory functions, as well as the more traditional clearing and settlement responsibilities. Specifically, India Shared Services provides a level of support for all the regions and entities that the above services are provided in locally. It is further subdivided into the following highly specialized teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling internal and external trade queries and resolving them
• Handling FX confirmation and settlement process
• Interacting with CP and traders to identify and resolve trade discrepancies
• Handling post-settlement reconciliations / bank reconciliations
• MIS reporting

• Ability to handle pressure, high volume and risk
• Understanding of the trade life cycle

Technical:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
