Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for an Operations Team Member at Sapient Finserv Private Limited. The primary responsibilities include managing operations workflows, supporting project management tasks, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and contributing to smooth sales processing. The Operations Team Member will also handle day-to-day tasks to ensure efficiency and support the overarching goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive insights
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
• Experience in Sales and Operations Management to support business processes and customer service
• Familiarity with Project Management principles and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the mutual fund, PMS, or financial services industry is advantageous
