Role Description
The PhD Candidate will engage in advanced research as part of their doctoral studies at Tezpur University. Responsibilities include conducting original research, reviewing existing literature, designing and executing experiments or studies, and documenting findings in the form of research papers or dissertations. The candidate will also collaborate with faculty members and peers, attend seminars, and may assist in teaching or other academic departmental activities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Napaam, Tezpur, Assam.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to design and conduct experiments or studies
- Proficiency in academic writing, report preparation, and presentation of research findings
- A solid understanding of subject-specific methodologies and theoretical frameworks
- Effective communication and collaboration capabilities for teamwork and academic discussions
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
- Eligibility for enrollment in a PhD program, with a relevant Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Prior research experience and published work will be an added advantage
