Team Lead – Operations (PPMC & AHC)
Location: Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore
About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Lead – Operations to manage PPMC & AHC processes, leading a team responsible for coordinating with Diagnostic Centres and Hospitals to ensure timely collection and management of medical reports for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the PPMC & AHC operations team on a daily basis
• Ensure timely coordination with Diagnostic Centres and Hospitals for medical report collection
• Monitor and drive team performance against defined KPIs and TATs
• Ensure 100% report follow-up and closure within defined timelines
• Handle escalations related to delays, discrepancies, and partner issues
• Maintain strong relationships with diagnostic centers and hospital partners
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and accuracy of reports
• Share daily/weekly performance reports with management
• Work closely with Quality and Training teams to improve efficiency
• Provide floor support, guidance, and mentoring to team members
PPMC Reports – Key Metrics Ownership:
• Track and ensure adherence to Reports TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Monitor daily order flow handled and ensure timely closures
• Maintain and report on insurers handled with smooth coordination
• Analyze trends and highlight gaps in TAT and performance
• Share MIS reports with actionable insights
Key Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations (Healthcare/Diagnostics preferred)
• Minimum 2 year of team handling experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in report follow-ups, TAT management, and escalations
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
