Role Description

You will be the nerve centre of Zoomies fulfilment engine — owning the full order lifecycle across every channel we sell on. From building order funnels and coordinating with the warehouse, to running a live control tower and planning ops for new launches. This role is for someone who loves systems, thrives in chaos, and takes end-to-end ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order processing across all channels — Shopify (D2C), Amazon, Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and offline — through a unified funnel to warehouse and dispatch.
• Run the control tower — real-time shipment tracking, NDR resolution, SLA monitoring, and daily ops reporting to the founding team.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on pick-pack-ship execution; manage exceptions like cancellations, address errors, and priority orders.
• Own ops planning — forecast volumes basis campaigns and launches, stage inventory, and ensure fulfilment readiness across all channels.
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and dashboards for order flow, RTO rates, courier performance, and inventory health.
• Manage 3PL relationships, courier aggregator platforms, and vendor coordination for seamless last-mile delivery.
• Work with the tech team to integrate channels into a central OMS for real-time order and inventory visibility.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements with measurable outcomes.

Must Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years in D2C, e-commerce, or Q-Commerce operations — hands-on multi-channel order processing experience.
• Proven control tower or order tracking ownership in a high-volume startup environment.
• Strong grip on OMS platforms, courier aggregator dashboards, and warehouse coordination workflows.
• Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets — you build trackers, dashboards, and exception reports independently.
• Process-first mindset — you document SOPs, close loops, and hate ambiguity without a plan.
• Strong cross-functional communicator — comfortable coordinating daily with warehouse, courier, finance, and internal teams.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with ERP or WMS tools (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
• Experience with Q-Commerce fulfilment models and dark store replenishment.
• Prior exposure to COD reconciliation and payment gateway settlement tracking.
