Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Projects & Operations Manager to join our team on-site in Pune. The role involves planning, managing, and overseeing various groundwater management projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, supervising project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, resource allocation, generating progress reports, and optimizing operational workflows. Additionally, the manager will contribute to developing strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration among team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading teams and managing resources.
- Operational expertise in process optimization, reporting, and ensuring compliance.
- Awareness of technologies and tools related to water, groundwater management, GIS, and sustainable practices.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the environmental or water management sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and technology platforms for tracking and analysis.
- A demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation.
- Experience in Watershed Management, Social Mobilization, Multi-project management, etc. would be advantage

Educational Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Management and Administration, MBA &/or PMP Certification
- Education background in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Environmental Science, etc. would be an added advantage
- Proven experience (typically 7 to 10 years) in project and operations management in services industry, preferably in water resource management projects/Infrastructure/Civil/Environment Projects
- High proficiency level in MS Excel and an aptitude for data management, analysis, optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully planning, implementing, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges effectively.
- Professional certifications in project management or related fields are advantageous
Job Location: Head Office - Pune, but would be required to travel when necessary
