Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Valley View Grand Resort, Panhala. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth resort operations, maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, driving team performance, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
The Operations Manager will oversee all key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services, while fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the resort and ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Lead, motivate, and manage departmental teams to achieve operational goals.
· Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
· Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
· Control operational costs while maintaining service standards and profitability.
· Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
· Coordinate with department heads to drive efficiency and service consistency.
· Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
· Support revenue growth initiatives and identify opportunities to improve guest experiences and operational performance.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in hotel or resort operations management.
· Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
· Sound understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
· Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational reporting.
· Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Familiarity with the Panhala, Kolhapur, or Western Maharashtra hospitality market will be an added advantage.
