Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of all live O&M clubs through respective Club Managers, ensuring close monitoring of daily operations, pending action points, snag lists, vendor performance, and reporting compliance, with strong accountability and timely closure mechanisms.
• Drive implementation and adherence of all operational systems, SOPs, and processes defined by Head Office across all clubs, serving as the key execution link between HO strategy and on-ground operations teams.
• Take ownership of all structured operational communication, including daily club reports, weekly snag and project updates to Developers, monthly review meetings with RWAs/Developer representatives alongside Club Managers, quarterly performance reviews, and monthly operational newsletters/updates.
• Managing a minimum of 4–5 locations simultaneously through onground leadership teams rather than direct single-site execution.
• Strong capability in SOP implementation and operational compliance, with demonstrated success in aligning dispersed teams to systems and processes defined at Head Office level.
