Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Clinic Manager to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will lead the administrative and operational functions, ensuring our medical and therapy teams are perfectly synced to provide world-class care.

This isn't just about managementit's about cultivating a collaborative, patient-centric environment where every parent feels supported and every child feels at home.

What You'll Own

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, from appointment scheduling and record management to facility hygiene and resource utilization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our clinic personnel, managing schedules, attendance, and task delegation.
  • Patient Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for parent queries and service concerns, ensuring a warm and seamless journey for every family.
  • Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability by optimizing billing systems and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant wellness services.
  • Strategic Support: Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, while maintaining strict compliance with clinical protocols and data security.

Who You Are

  • An Experienced Leader: You have 24 years of experience in clinic or hospital management, ideally within pediatrics or allied health.
  • A People Person: You possess proven leadership and communication skills, with a knack for managing diverse teams and resolving patient concerns with empathy.
  • Operationally Sharp: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, with the ability to handle basic data analysis and operational reporting.
  • Growth-Minded: Experience in a sales-oriented business is a major assetyou understand how to balance high-quality care with business efficiency.
  • Qualified: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related service-industry field
