About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Manager – B2B Operations to manage end-to-end operations for the Quick Commerce business across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and Amazon Now. The role will drive operational excellence, ensure high service levels, inventory availability, and seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end PO management, order processing, appointment scheduling & fulfilment

Ensure best-in-class KPIs – OTIF, Fill Rate, Dispatch TAT & Order Accuracy

Coordinate with Warehouse Ops for timely picking, packing & dispatch

Monitor inventory health, replenishment, ageing stock & minimize stock-outs

Resolve operational issues – GRN discrepancies, invoice mismatches, claims & portal issues

Drive process improvements, automation, SOP implementation & standardization

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, trackers & performance metrics

Support new marketplace onboarding, city launches & expansion initiatives

Act as SPOC for Quick Commerce partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

MBA / B.E. / Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field

5+ years in B2B Operations, Quick Commerce, Marketplace, or Fulfilment Operations

Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Ops, Order Fulfilment & Supply Chain

Hands-on with PowerBI, SAP, Unicommerce, Seller Central, Q-com portals & Advanced Excel

Knowledge of appointment systems, ASN, FBA, FBF & PO compliance norms

Strong analytical, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
