OPERATIONS MANAGER – HEALTH CARE DIVISION

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

An MEA Licensed Overseas Recruiting Agency, with over four decades of experience in international recruitment, invites applications for the position of Operations Manager – Health Care

Role

• Develop new international recruitment business, with a focus on Japan, particularly healthcare/caregiver recruitment for international Markets.
• Develop candidate sourcing channels in India, coordinate with Japanese language and third-party skill-training institutes and setting up in-house training facility.
• Liaise with Embassies, Consulates and relevant authorities regarding employment opportunities, visa procedures and recruitment requirements.
• Manage client discussions, proposals and recruitment projects, with necessary coordination with internal teams. Establish relationships and business alliances with overseas employers, recruitment partners and institutions.
• Undertake domestic and international travel for setting up pilot project for Health Care recruitment.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years operational experience in Health Care administration, management and recruitment.
• Experience with an overseas recruitment company will be an asset.
• Graduates/suitable qualifications in Health Care management.
• Multiple language skills will be an asset.
• Age: Above 30 years.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Compensation: Negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
