Job Description:
  • Oversee all the day to day operational activities of the organization. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the organization
  • Ensures everyone adheres to company policy and administering practices in fair and equitable manner.
  • Responsible for managing budget and controls expenses.
  • Take daily reports from all the team mates.
  • Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate.
  • Ensures standards for quality and team mates performance are maintained.
  • Be the input generator in all the policies and processes of the company where updates or changes are required.
  • Perform all HR activity including hiring, Induction, pay roll, esic, pf and performance improvement duties, performance appraisal and increment.
  • Support company-wide and team enhancing events, celebrations, display of successes, victories and overall company fun.
  • Responsible for conducting weekly review meeting with all the team mates and fortnightly meeting with MDs.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • operations: 2 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 5 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
