Job Overview:
The Sales Operations professional will streamline core operational work for both Sales and Post-Sales teams. This role focuses on driving efficiency through process execution, CRM hygiene, documentation, and coordination of legal and commercial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end execution of legal agreements, commercial paperwork, and internal approvals.
- Own CRM administration : data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, dashboard updates, and user support.
- Build, maintain, and refine SOPs for sales motions, handovers, renewals, invoicing triggers, and contract processes.
- Support sales teams with proposal/quote preparation, pricing data, and audit-ready documentation.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding.
- Maintain internal repositories (agreements, templates, product policies, commercial rules, etc.).
- Track operational SLAs for turnaround time on contracts, onboarding readiness, and closure documentation.
What Good Candidate Looks Like
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling paperwork-heavy workflows.
- Ability to learn internal systems quickly and enforce process discipline without friction.
- Proactive communicator who thrives on coordination and timely follow-ups.
Preferred Experience
- 25 years in Sales Ops, Business Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM/Contract support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), contract workflows, or enterprise onboarding processes.
