Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at our Bengaluru office. The Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of active travel experiences. Daily responsibilities include managing logistics, ensuring seamless tour operations, liaising with clients and vendors, supervising team members, and addressing customer concerns. Additional tasks involve maintaining operational efficiency, upholding quality standards, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvements in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Operations management and logistics planning skills, with a focus on ensuring seamless travel execution.
- Experience of 1-4 years in Operations in Travel and Trade
- Strong organizational, team leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain high service standards under pressure.
- Proficiency with travel management software and related tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the travel or adventure tourism sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is recommended.
