About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day business operations, streamline processes, manage vendors and teams, and ensure everything runs smooth, on time, and within budget.
This role is for someone who executes, not just plans.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution
- Create, implement, and improve SOPs and workflows
- Monitor operational KPIs and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
Team & People Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors
- Allocate tasks, track productivity, and ensure accountability
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues on ground
- Support HR with attendance, shift coordination, and discipline
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Negotiate timelines, costs, and service quality
- Ensure vendor payments, documentation, and contracts are in order
Cost Control & Reporting
- Track operational expenses and optimize costs
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and updates
Execution & Problem Solving
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges independently
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Act as a bridge between management and execution teams

Required Profile
- 48 years of experience in operations / administration / business operations

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)
