About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of daily operations, streamline processes, manage teams and vendors, and ensure smooth execution across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who executes on ground, drives accountability, and ensures resultsnot just plans on paper.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure seamless execution
  • Design, implement, and improve SOPs and workflows
  • Monitor operational KPIs and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes

Team & People Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors
  • Allocate tasks, track productivity, and ensure accountability
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
  • Support HR activities like attendance, shift coordination, and discipline

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Negotiate timelines, costs, and service quality
  • Ensure vendor documentation, contracts, and payments are on track

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Track operational expenses and optimize costs
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership

Execution & Problem Solving

  • Handle operational challenges independently
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams

Required Profile

  • 48 years of experience in Operations / Administration / Business Operations
  • Strong execution, follow-up, and ownership mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Graduation preferred (experience-focused role)
