Role Description
WeLaunch.ai is seeking a Senior Project and Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This full-time, on-site position is based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving processes, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, and achieving project milestones. Additional responsibilities include creating performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies, managing resource allocation, and elevating project quality. - Strong expertise in project management, resource planning, and cross-functional team management
