Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating car rental services, ensuring fleet readiness and maintenance, and managing relationships with clients and team members. This position involves supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management skills, and the ability to motivate staff towards achieving operational goals
• Proficiency in logistics, fleet management, and planning operational workflows
• Skills in customer relationship management, communication, and resolving customer complaints effectively
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and proficiency in organizational management
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and utilization of technology to enhance operational processes
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or car rental sectors is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
