We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations Manager who can understand our online products, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth execution of business activities. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and basic design skills, along with the ability to handle support and reporting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Product & Support Management
- Understand our online products, services, and workflows in depth.
- Handle incoming support queries related to business operations and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and management for issue resolution.
2. Research & Lead Support
- Research information related to business needs, market insights, tools, or platforms as required.
- Provide actionable leads, findings, and summaries to support business decision-making.
3. Team Coordination & Reporting
- Collect regular reports from employees and team members.
- Track task progress and ensure work is moving as per planned schedules and priorities.
- Follow up with teams to resolve delays or blockers.
4. Salary & Metrics Documentation
- Maintain and document salary-related reporting metrics accurately.
- Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders in a clear and structured format.
- Ensure data confidentiality and correctness at all times.
5. Basic Design & Visual Support
- Create basic visual assets such as internal reports, simple creatives, or announcements using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Support the team with quick design needs when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of online/digital products and business workflows.
- Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in documentation and reporting (especially operational or salary-related metrics).
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
