Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Intern. The intern will assist in overseeing daily operational tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities will include conducting research, tracking performance metrics, assisting in project management, streamlining processes, and supporting the sales team with operational needs. The candidate will also contribute to identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and driving key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data and identify trends to improve operations.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Operations Management to handle logistics and process optimization tasks.
• Familiarity with Sales and Project Management to support cross-functional teams and achieve operational goals.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic roles, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and a keen interest in learning.
