Job Outline:
The Operations Executive will manage multiple teams within a specific / multiple content sets and will be responsible to manage the deliverables of a large operations team. He/ she will work with senior management to determine content information requirement and develop recommendations and strategies to maintain and improve delivery of content operations for her/his team.
Operations Management and Service Delivery
- Overall responsibility for the operation groups that s/he will be managing
- Drive regular operational tasks taking into account quality and timeliness requirements, shift scheduling, overtime management etc
- Ensure team performance exceeds stated targets on KPIs viz., productivity, timeliness, accuracy and coverage and will drive to improve the same on a continuous basis
- Monitor data inflow, content and process enhancement and liaise with Quality and Technology teams for development and implementation of initiatives
- Create and drive KRAs for the team which aligns delivery with organizational goals & objectives
Capacity Planning and Resource Fulfillment
- Plan appropriate resource allocation and utilization to cater for seasonal peaks and trough
- Accountable for staff recruitment, development and retention
- Explore and ensure optimal utilization of resources; drive cross utilization of manpower
- Plan and execute on staffing and training requirements
Performance & People Management
- Monitor production schedules & performance reports on a regular basis
- Continuously review performance reports for Process Executives and Team Leaders
- Conduct regular performance appraisals for the entire team
- Responsible for day-to-day delivery management
- Formulate, execute, monitor, assess and recalibrate motivation plans for enhanced employee morale and appropriate reward systems
- Motivate staff, create a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication
Relationships
- Open communication with all stake holders
- Build relationships with key contacts across the global clients for smooth functioning of the business
- Strong relationship with her/his core Operations team to drive organizational goals and objectives
- Build relationship and partner with local enabling functions like IT, Purchase, Finance, Billing etc.
