Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Operations & Marketing Research Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for vendor identification, documentation, and onboarding. This role involves both fieldwork and office coordination, providing a complete learning experience in operations and marketing research.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct market research to identify potential home service vendors. -Approach and convince vendors to partner with TSD Solutions. -Facilitate vendor documentation, verification, and registration. -Ensure smooth vendor onboarding onto the company’s platform. -Maintain vendor records and provide regular updates to the operations team. -Carry out field visits for vendor acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements
-Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. -Ability to conduct detailed research and data collection. -Own vehicle (mandatory) for field visits. -Willingness to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. -Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
