Role Overview

This is an Operations role focused on managing coach payments and day-to-day operational processes. The person will be responsible for accurate payout processing, reconciliation, coordination with coaches, and operational problem solving. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, payouts, invoices, and calculations and has strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend teacher payout processing with accuracy and timelines.
  • Prepare and validate weekly payment statements and calculations.
  • Perform reconciliation between sessions, payouts, and internal records.
  • Maintain Excel trackers and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with coaches to resolve paymentrelated queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fix discrepancies.
  • Support process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of numbers and calculations
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and accountability

  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Background

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA (Finance, Operations, or Business Management) is highly desirable.

Work Experience:

0.52 years of experience in operations, finance, accounts, or payroll management, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Experience in handling vendor or contractor payments is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy in numerical work.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with coaches and internal teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment and manage multiple priorities.

Other Attributes:

Comfortable with process documentation, reporting, and recommending operational improvements.

Proactive problem solver with a sense of ownership and accountability.
