We are an early-stage, fast-growing startup based in Bangalore, building a new kind of fashion-first eyewear brand. Backed by founders from CRED, Snapdeal, Unacademy, CoinDCX, Urban Company and redBus, along with a top-tier venture capital fund, we are building both online and physical retail experiences from the ground up.

Our team is small, ambitious and hands-on, which means every role comes with high ownership and real impact on how the brand is built, seen and experienced by customers.

What we're looking for:

Freshers or 12 years experience in operations, logistics or fulfilment

Someone who is street-smart, energetic and trainable

Comfortable handling fitting, packaging, vendor coordination and dispatch

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable with basic Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP there will be an assignment)

Bangalore-based, ready to work on the ground in a fast-moving startup

What you will do:

Own the full order-to-delivery journey

Do quality checks on frames, lenses and final products

Pack and dispatch orders with premium presentation

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners

Update order status and track deliveries

Work with customer support to give accurate timelines

Maintain stock of frames, lenses and packaging
