Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing operational
workflows for our B2B corporate accounts. You will ensure smooth onboarding, accurate
data syncing across dashboards, and timely coordination with HR teams and respective
stakeholders. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, process discipline, and
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for corporate accounts, including onboarding, policy
setup, and renewals.
- Ensure accurate and timely member & policy data across the HR dashboard, insurer
systems, and internal tools.
- Act as the main operational POC for client HR teams, Digit, and internal
stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Tech to ensure smooth
execution of deliverables.
- Track SLAs, monitor TATs, and maintain high-quality service for all assigned
accounts.
- Identify operational gaps and drive improvements to streamline B2B workflows.
- Maintain SOPs, trackers, and documentation for all operational processes.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance and error-free endorsements.
- Work with Tech/Product to automate manual processes and enhance dashboard
accuracy.
- Handle escalations promptly and ensure preventive measures for recurring issues.
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in B2B operations (insurance, HR tech, SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of policy operations or corporate account workflows.
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and comfort working with dashboards and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
