Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Media Operations Executive / Ad Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a 100% backend, non-voice role focused on supporting LinkedIn advertising operations across Marketing Solutions (LMS), Talent Solutions (LTS), and Agency Support (LAS).

The role involves campaign setup, optimization, reporting, CRM case management, and billing updates, ensuring accurate and timely execution to support operational and revenue objectives.

Key Skills

  • Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager Tool (CMT), Merlin, Campaign IQ (CIQ), and familiarity with other digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager is a plus).
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics for case management and reporting.
  • Reporting & Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to SLA, IRT, and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, validate information, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with Sales, Program Managers, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on LinkedIn advertising operations, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests exclusively through CRM tools; no voice or phone communication.
  • Own cases end-to-end: intake, execution, QA, and closure.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including documentation, tagging, and accurate status updates.
  • Generate Excel and PowerPoint reports, ensuring adherence to LinkedIn-approved templates.
  • Meet performance metrics including SLA, IRT, Utilization, Quality, and Shrinkage.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate updates through CRM, case chatter, or email only.

Key Qualifications

  • Graduate / post-graduate in any discipline. (Undergraduates with relevance experience can be considered)
  • 0-1 year of experience in media operations, ad operations, or campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a backend, non-voice operations role.
  • Ability to work in SLA-driven, high-volume environments across global shifts.
