Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Delhi, India. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the company's automobile auction processes. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and auctions, maintaining effective communication with buyers and sellers, analyzing operational challenges, and implementing improvements. The role requires strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations while contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Operations and Operations Management practices to oversee and streamline key processes
• Managing client Emails and calls efficiency
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills for engaging with clients and customers
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in operations or a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
• Knowledge of the automobile industry or auction platforms is a plus
