We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to manage and streamline operational processes. The role involves handling SOP, CKYC, and Customer Surveys while ensuring compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage operational SOPs for Insurance processes.
- Handle CKYC documentation, verification, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct and manage Customer Surveys to gather insights and improve service quality.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per regulatory standards.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in operations (preferably in Fintech / NBFC).
- Strong understanding of CKYC and insurance processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulatory compliance and grievance handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
