We are looking for a Junior Executive – EPR Operations who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental sustainability. This role offers hands-on exposure to EPR operations, compliance processes, partner coordination, and sustainability initiatives across India.
Key Responsibilities Support EPR Operations- Assist in execution and coordination of EPR activities for Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, and other categories
- Maintain operational records, documents, and compliance data
- Coordinate with recyclers, vendors, and channel partners for smooth execution
Data Management & Reporting- Update MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards
- Maintain records of CoRs/CoEs, invoices, and UTR details
- Support the team in preparing client reports and compliance documentation
Coordination & Communication- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, recyclers, and clients
- Assist in onboarding and maintaining partner databases
- Follow up for operational updates and documentation
Compliance Support- Assist in maintaining documentation as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines
- Ensure proper filing and organization of operational and compliance records
- Support audit preparation and verification activities
Process Improvement- Help identify gaps in operational workflows
- Support implementation of digital tools and process improvements
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reporting systems
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Commerce, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, compliance, sustainability, or waste management.
- Basic understanding of EPR and waste management concepts is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the sustainability sector
