About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across our website and marketplaces such as Nykaa and Myntra. This role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, optimizing marketplace performance, and driving operational efficiency through strong data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory across all platforms
- Ensure stock synchronization between warehouse and marketplaces
- Monitor stock levels and plan timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Order Fulfillment
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from processing to delivery
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer issue resolution efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery
Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog accuracy
- Ensure high visibility and error-free operations across platforms
- Monitor platform compliance and resolve listing-related issues
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Optimize pricing and track campaign performance
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign execution
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze sales, inventory, returns, and operational performance data
- Generate actionable insights for process improvement and business growth
- Create dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions
Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and marketplace teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory
- Strong MIS reporting knowledge
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, data analysis)
- Experience managing marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntra.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
