Job Summary

EFIcyent is looking for an Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure seamless execution of internal processes. The ideal candidate will help coordinate between departments and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor operational workflows and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and operational documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in customer onboarding and transaction-related operations.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
