We are seeking a Junior Executive – EPR Operations who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainability, with hands-on exposure to EPR operations, compliance processes, and partner coordination across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution and coordination of EPR operations for Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, and other waste categories

• Maintain operational records, compliance data, MIS reports, trackers, invoices, and related documentation

• Coordinate with recyclers, vendors, channel partners, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations

• Assist in preparation of client reports, compliance submissions, audit documentation, and record verification

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documents as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines

• Follow up with stakeholders for operational updates, pending documentation, and partner onboarding

• Support process improvements, digital tools implementation, and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Commerce, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, compliance, sustainability, or waste management.
• Basic understanding of EPR and waste management concepts is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the sustainability sector
