Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support in managing daily operations, administrative coordination, and executive-level support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and efficient execution, allowing leadership to focus on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, calls, and reminders
Handle professional communication on behalf of the Founder (emails/messages/couriers)
Support day-to-day operations, dashboards, MIS & reports
Manage client queries and coordination
Assist with bank, payments, expense tracking, & basic accounts
Plan travel arrangements (flights, hotels, local transport)
Prepare internship/live project offer letters & certificates
Support documentation, record-keeping & admin tasks
Assist with basic Canva creatives & internal presentations
Qualifications:
Must have:
Strong communication & organisation skills
Fluency in English
MS Office (especially Excel)
Administrative & coordination experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Canva proficiency
