Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an On-Site Supervisor specializing in interior works. The individual will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities also include supervising labor teams, monitoring material usage, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and project plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and team management specific to interior works
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing processes
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills to handle project planning and execution effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work with teams and stakeholders
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred
• Experience working in the modular furniture or interior design industry is a plus
