Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives, build long-term client relationships, and oversee sales operations. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize workflows and drive results is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Target Achievement, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Networking to identify business opportunities
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training
  • Knowledge in Contract Negotiation, Customer Support, and Conflict Resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
