Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in our leading BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide product/service information as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
