Position Summary:
We are looking for proficient in English speaking dynamic and motivated Sales Relationship Manager (No field Work) to join our team. The role involves supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth communication with USA Based international clients to foster long-term relationships and contribute to business growth. The position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage orders, and contribute to sales development initiatives and focused target achievement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internally and externally for the design creation of the product & upload designs as per process.
- Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers including design and quotation sharing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.
- Engage with customers to generate new business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Support the business development team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage order-related queries and provide support through every stage of the order cycle.
- Handle customer inquiries, sharing product details, and delivery details etc, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Create and maintain regular sales reports, providing updates on customer interactions, orders, and other sales-related activities.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure smooth follow-ups for potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, understanding of the sales process and dynamics, Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
