Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop therapy plans for children with developmental and neurodevelopmental conditions. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, tracking client progress, and providing guidance to families for continued skill development. Additionally, the role involves ensuring therapy sessions are engaging and tailored to each child's unique developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, including therapeutic techniques, evaluations, and interventions for children
• BOT or MOT
• Strong ability in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
• Specialization or experience in Pediatrics, with a focus on developmental delays and therapy for children
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to work with children in a nurturing environment
• Relevant licensure or certifications in occupational therapy
• Previous experience in a pediatric therapy or similar setup is an advantage
