Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Bangalore .The role involves providing occupational therapy services to pediatric patients to enhance their functional abilities. Daily responsibilities include assessing and developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support overall development. The position requires maintaining detailed documentation and monitoring progress to ensure positive outcomes for children under care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and Rehabilitation techniques
• Strong knowledge of Pediatrics and foundational concepts in Medicine
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with families and other professionals
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitation environments is a plus
