Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide individualized therapy services to children with special needs. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other specialists to optimize outcomes for the child. The role also involves utilizing innovative strategies to support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and practices
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and rehabilitation approaches for children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background in healthcare or medicine is advantageous
• Genuine passion for working with children with special needs
• Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Relevant experience in therapeutic or rehabilitation services is desirable
