Occupational Therapist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Offering a range of services including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, and Sensory Integration Therapy, OCDRC provides holistic, multidisciplinary care. Our programs are designed to enhance the social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities of every child. We emphasize exceptional therapy quality, active parent involvement, and creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment for children with special needs.

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental or physical challenges. They will guide families and caregivers on therapeutic activities, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, and work to create a nurturing and supportive environment tailored to each child's needs.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices with an understanding of rehabilitation principles
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy and experience working with children with developmental needs
• Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Background in Medicine or related fields is advantageous
• Dedication to creating a positive and encouraging therapeutic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as an Occupational Therapist
