Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Occupational Therapist, based in Bengaluru. The Lead Occupational Therapist will assess, design, and implement therapy plans tailored to children with developmental and neurological challenges. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering individualized therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and engaging with parents to ensure continuity of care and progress tracking. The role involves mentorship and leadership within the team, contributing to the overall mission of promoting child development.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
  • Strong foundation in Pediatrics and understanding of developmental disorders
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of medical principles related to therapy and child development
  • Experience in program design, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (required)
  • Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Compassion for children and an ability to provide a supportive therapeutic environment
