Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role, based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver individualized intervention programs to support children in achieving developmental milestones. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team, families, and caregivers to promote functional independence and enhance the quality of life of the children. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing and implementing therapy plans, monitoring progress, and providing training and guidance to families.

Qualifications

• Background in Occupational Therapy with expertise in designing and delivering therapeutic interventions
• Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation practices relevant to pediatric care
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience or interest in working with Pediatrics and understanding of child development
• Relevant certifications and licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
• Commitment to ethical and family-centered care
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Experience in early intervention settings is an advantage
