Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at our Bengaluru location. The Occupational Therapist will assess and analyze patients abilities, design and implement personalized therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate rehabilitation. You will work closely with children, supporting them in achieving developmental milestones and enhancing their independence in daily activities. This role also involves frequent communication with families to provide guidance and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including therapy planning and delivery
• Strong foundation in Rehabilitation to support recovery and therapeutic progress
• Experience or specialization in Pediatrics to address the unique needs of children
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with children, families, and team members
• Certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage with children and families effectively
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
