Occupational Therapist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic that provides specialized care for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The center offers services such as Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC promotes positive growth through a holistic approach that nurtures the social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities of children. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru at Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide therapeutic interventions for children with developmental delays and other specialized needs. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and guiding parents to support their child's progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of assessments and treatment outcomes.

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Background in Medicine or related healthcare fields is an advantage
• Ability to assess individual needs and deliver customized intervention plans
• Prior experience working with children with developmental or neurological challenges is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
