Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
12 years of experience working with children with Autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Strong knowledge of Sensory Integration Therapy
Ability to design and implement gross motor and fine motor activities based on each child's needs
Capability to independently evaluate students and formulate individualized therapy plans
Conduct periodic reassessments and track student progress
Provide interventions that support student participation within the school environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach to therapy
