Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children's developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, and design individualized intervention plans to support their daily living, academic, and social participation. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and updating treatment goals in collaboration with caregivers and other professionals. The role involves educating families on home-based strategies, coordinating care with pediatricians, psychologists, and educators, and contributing to multidisciplinary case discussions. The Occupational Therapist will also support program development, participate in screenings and workshops, and help integrate best practices into FyndHealth's holistic care model.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based pediatric practice.
  • Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, with experience working with children with diverse developmental, sensory, or learning needs.
  • Experience in Rehabilitation, including functional training, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADL) skill-building.
  • Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and case reporting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; appropriate registration or licensure as required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage a structured caseload, and maintain professional ethics and child-safety standards.
  • Prior experience in pediatric clinics, schools, or early intervention settings is preferred; openness to learning within an innovation-driven environment is valued.
