Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Paediatric Occupational Therapist will assess children's developmental needs and design personalized therapy plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions focused on motor skills, sensory integration, fine motor development, self-care, and fostering independence. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home, and maintaining thorough documentation of client progress.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy techniques and principles, with experience in working with children.
  • Strong foundation in Pediatrics and Rehabilitation for supporting neurodevelopmental and physical challenges in children.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive therapy environment.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic methodologies related to sensory integration and motor development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Salary

  • For fresher starts. from 35k to 40K
  • 1 Year Experience 40k to 45K
