Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Bangalore Urban. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualised treatment plans for pediatric clients, focusing on enhancing their motor skills, sensory integration, and overall development. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and working closely with families to support children's development and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy practices and techniques
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development
• Experience in Rehabilitation methods and therapeutic interventions
• Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Therapy
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Experience in working with children with diverse developmental needs is an advantage
