Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will develop and implement individualized care plans to support clients in achieving their developmental milestones and overcoming physical or functional challenges. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing hands-on therapy, collaborating with families and caregivers to develop strategies, and maintaining detailed progress records.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including assessments and therapeutic interventions.
  • Familiarity with Pediatric rehabilitation and a strong understanding of child development.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of Medicine relevant to therapy and rehabilitation.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach, with the ability to motivate and encourage clients.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in pediatric-focused settings is highly valued.
  • Licensure or certification to practice Occupational Therapy as per applicable regulations.
