Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher for the Pre-Primary section. The role involves supporting young learners with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment aligned with the school's philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support students with special educational needs in the pre-primary section.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child.
- Work closely with class teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Provide one-on-one and small group interventions.
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school leadership for holistic development.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Use age-appropriate tools, activities, and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and parent conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or certification in Special Education / Psychology / Child Development or related field
- Experience working with pre-primary or early years students preferred
- Understanding of inclusive education practices and child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach
Work Schedule & Benefits
